  • 2. USE OF CAMERA AND PHOTO DATA
    Why we access the camera: The App uses your device’s camera strictly for the purpose of capturing photos or videos that you choose to use for generating the requested AI result.

    How we handle photo data: Photos and videos are processed either locally on your device or securely uploaded to our servers and shared with our third-party AI service provider, Fal.ai, solely for image analysis and video generation required to create the requested result.Uploaded photos and videos are deleted after processing is completed, or within 1 hour if a job fails and must be retried.We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models without your explicit consent.Access to the camera is requested only with your permission, and you can revoke it at any time in your device settings.We do not access your device’s photo library unless you explicitly choose to upload media from it.
  • 3. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
    We process your information to:

    • analyze photos or videos you submit;
    • generate AI-based dance videos and other requested results;
    • operate, maintain, and improve app functionality;
    • ensure app security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
  • 4. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON?
    Depending on your region, we rely on:

    • Your consent
    • Our legitimate interest
    • Compliance with legal obligations

    You can withdraw your consent at any time.
  • 5. DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
    We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

    • With service providers: We may share photos or videos that you choose to upload with our third-party AI service provider, Fal.ai, solely for the purpose of image analysis and video generation needed to provide the requested feature. Fal.ai is not permitted to use this data for its own independent purposes except as necessary to provide services to us.
    • With analytics and attribution providers: If you consent to tracking where required, we may share certain device and usage data with providers such as AppsFlyer and advertising partners for analytics, attribution, and campaign measurement.
    • With legal authorities: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
    • In connection with a business transfer: If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
  • 6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
    We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including legal, operational, and security needs.Photos and videos uploaded for AI generation are deleted after processing is complete, or within 1 hour if processing fails and a retry is required, unless the user explicitly saves the generated result where applicable.

  • 7. MINORS
    We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18. If discovered, such data will be deleted.
  • 8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
    Depending on your location, you may request:

    • Access or deletion of your data
    • Correction of inaccuracies
    • Restriction of processing
    • Withdrawal of consent

  • 9. DATA SECURITY
    We use secure methods to protect your data. However, no method is 100% secure.
  • 10. App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and Data Sharing
    Our app may use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to request permission for tracking activities where required. If you allow tracking, we may collect and use identifiers and related data, such as device identifiers, app usage data, and attribution information, for advertising, analytics, and marketing measurement.
    We use third-party service providers such as AppsFlyer and advertising partners, including TikTok for Business, to help us understand how users discover and interact with our app, measure campaign performance, and improve our services.
    Depending on your settings and consent, these providers may process:

    • device identifiers (such as IDFA or GAID);
    • IP address;
    • app usage data and in-app events;
    • device type, operating system, and language settings;
    • coarse location data.


    Users can manage or revoke tracking preferences at any time through device settings.

    We may update this notice and will notify you in-app if changes are significant.

  • 12. BIOMETRIC / FACE DATA
    We do not collect, store, or process biometric identifiers, face templates, or facial recognition data.
    We do not perform facial recognition.
    Photos or videos you upload are used only to generate the requested result and are deleted after processing.
    We do not use uploaded photos or videos to train our AI models without your explicit consent.
    We do not extract or store facial geometry, faceprints, or similar biometric information from uploaded media.
